Before a Treatment

First time Clients:

 

We prefer all first time clients to have a consultation appointment prior to any treatment. This allows us to get to know you and discuss your treatment goals and options.

 

We ask that all first time clients to fill out our intake form sent to you via email before arriving for your appointment.

Pre- Treatment:

 

Be sure to check out your pre-and-post care treatment email before you come in for your appointment – some services require that you do or don’t do certain things prior to treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events happen, however, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you "no-show" or do not cancel within this timeframe, you will be subject to a $50 fee. By providing us with 24 hours' notice of your cancellation, we can offer that time slot to another client. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Appointment Policy

We strive to provide you with the best possible treatments. If you are late, we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time. We do, however, reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to provide you with a quality treatment. Late arrivals will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if 15 minute window is exceeded.
